Raymond D. Gotlieb

Raymond D. Gotlieb, founder and president of Metropolitan Properties, Inc., has 40 years of extensive experience in real estate development, leasing, brokerage, property management, financing and loan negotiations, and consulting.  He attended Vanderbilt University and the University of Michigan with a major in business administration. 

Mr. Gotlieb holds the Certified Commercial Investment Designation (CCIM) and was the first person in the state of Alabama to achieve the designation.  Mr. Gotlieb has served as a director of numerous local civic organizations, has been a director and chaired various committees of the Birmingham Association of Realtors, and has chaired numerous committees and served on boards of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the commercial arm of the National Association of Realtors.
