The Heights Village
The Heights Village in suburban Birmingham, Alabama was initially acquired in 1983. MPI first renovated this property in 1984. The property was annexed into the city of Vestavia Hills, Alabama in 2002.
The property was renovated again in 2005 and expanded to a 47, 980 sq ft. lifestyle center for medium to high-end boutiques and others including Regions Bank, Starbucks, and Learning Express Toys. MPI remains active in leasing and management of the property.
